These Terms govern your use of WhichAITools and any fixed-scope digital service you purchase from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you place an order for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
1. Operator and eligibility
WhichAITools is an independently operated AI software directory and editorial research platform run by an individual/self-employed operator based in China. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to purchase a service.
2. Directory and editorial content
The public directory, comparisons, guides, and editorial materials are provided for general information. They are not professional advice, and you remain responsible for evaluating any third-party product before using or purchasing it. Third-party names, links, and services remain subject to their owners’ terms.
3. Orders and scope confirmation
An inquiry, waitlist request, or email exchange is not an order. An order is accepted only after we confirm the scope and required materials in writing and you complete an approved checkout. The checkout identifies the payment processor and shows the final amount and any applicable tax before payment. If the written scope conflicts with these Terms, the written scope controls only for that specific order.
4. Current commercial service terms
The catalog below is the current source of truth for price, deliverables, start conditions, refunds, and delivery evidence. A waitlist offer cannot be ordered until we separately confirm that it is available.

5. Editorial independence and no guaranteed outcome
Payment does not guarantee publication, ranking, a positive review, traffic, leads, or sales. Paid and commissioned relationships are disclosed and do not purchase favorable editorial treatment. We may decline to publish content that does not meet our current criteria, even when a separate scoped deliverable has been completed.
6. Payment processing
When an approved checkout is available, it identifies the payment processor before payment. The processor provides payment services under its own terms and privacy notice; it is not the seller or merchant of record. WhichAITools remains responsible for pricing, service scoping, fulfillment, delivery, customer support, applicable taxes, and receipts or invoices. Until a processor is activated, the website does not offer checkout or accept payment.
7. Digital delivery and customer delays
Deliverables are sent electronically to the email address confirmed for the order and, where publication is approved, by a final URL and timestamped evidence. The service timeline begins only when the catalog start condition is met. A delay in providing access, approvals, or complete materials pauses the timeline until the missing item is received.
8. Cancellations, refunds, and disputes
The offer-specific refund terms above apply to each accepted order. To request a cancellation, correction, or refund, contact support with the order reference and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned through the processor to the original payment method when supported. These Terms do not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you.
9. Customer materials and acceptable use
You retain ownership of materials you provide and grant us the limited permission needed to review, edit, quote, and deliver the agreed service. You confirm that you are authorized to provide those materials. Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, confidential, or unnecessarily sensitive material. We may refuse or stop work that would violate law, third-party rights, platform policy, or the written scope, with any refund determined under the applicable offer terms and mandatory law.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided without implied warranties beyond the express written scope. WhichAITools is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for decisions made using directory content. Our aggregate liability for a paid service will not exceed the amount paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for future site use or orders by publishing a revised version and date. The Terms accepted at checkout continue to govern an existing paid order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you in writing.
